We will again be making a rebate to Broadcast members to help cover the cost of your lodging (Limits apply)

Time

Convention Registration for members will begin at 12pm.

Exhibitor Set-up will be available starting at 10am.

Pricing

Early Bird Registration ends July 17th. Early Bird registration is $495. Registration regular pricing after July 17th will be $595.

Broadcast members will receive at least TWO FULL FREE registrations per Member Company. Full registration includes all meals and functions. As you sign up here, you'll see a 100% discount for your first two or four registrations based on your Company dues.

Important additions:

If your company needs additional full registrations, those are available at a discounted rate for broadcast members.
The Sunday and Monday Seminars are FREE for all broadcast members, so bring your staff. While the seminars do include breaks, the Arkansan of the Year luncheon requires a paid ticket. Staff can also have lunch at other locations if they don't want to attend the Convention luncheon.
Broadcast registration does not include spouses. Full Spouse registration is available at a discounted rate as well.
If you only want to attend one or two events, ala carte tickets are available for purchase.
You'll see all pricing as you go through the registration process.

PLEASE NOTE: CONVENTION REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE HOTEL RESERVATIONS

You must make your own room reservations via a link sent after you register for the convention. We have hotel blocks with discount pricing at Saracen Casino Resort.

YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN HOTEL RESERVATIONS.

For Broadcast Members, the ABA will rebate a portion of your hotel stay as an added benefit. We will issue room rebates checks to any broadcast members who attend the convention, equal to the number of free registrations your Company gets. The Saracen Rebate will be $60 per room per night with a two-night maximum. Rebates will be only for nights actually used and paid for during the convention.

Note: Rebates are only available after you have attended the convention and are only for the number of free registrations your company uses.
