With the Arkansas Primary coming up, the "Political Window" for lowest unit charge opens January 17th. The ABA will host a special live webinar with our FCC Attorney, Frank Montero on Tuesday, January 13th at 1pm CT. This is an opportunity to brush up on everything from rules on Lowest Unit Charge to equal access. This is a FREE event for all ABA members. Please register in advance so we'll know how many members to expect.
