Please be as complete as possible in telling us why you think the person should be considered for the Arkansas Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Feel free to attach additional sheets if desired. The applicant will be scored on all three of the following sections. Their career will count for 60%; their contribution to their community would count for 30% and their contribution to the industry would count for 10%.

This is a three question nomination. Please be as complete as you can be, knowing the committee will not call you for additional information. You may attached additional sheets in desired, but the total application should not exceed 4 pages in a font no smaller that 12pt.

Describe the nominee’s career, which can be done by such documents as a resume or biography, or your knowledge of the nominees work in Arkansas.

This could include anything you think is relevant, including service the to the association, encouraging people to become part of the industry, mentoring young broadcasters or anything you think the judges should know.
