Here is the opportunity to learn more about the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act and get your questions answered. The ABA is pleased to welcome Attorney John Tull for a "fireside chat style" webinar on November 13th at 3 pm CT. Tull is the Managing Member at the Little Rock Law Firm Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull, PLLC. He serves as General Counsel to the Arkansas Press Association, serves on the FOIA Task Force, and has a long-standing commitment to press freedom and transparency. He was also appointed by Attorney General Tim Griffen to the AG's Freedom of Information Act Review Working Group in 2023. We'll cover the basics of the FOIA, and update you on the changes over the most recent legislative sessions (both the special session and the last regular session).
